The technical department is a very interesting department which everyone will like to be part of. The department is full of innovations, creativity and technicalities at the maximum, having the mind of Christ at the department we really put it to work.

The department is segregated into four units with a captain over seeing each unit, and the captain directly reporting to the head of department.

Units in Technical Dept

1. Sound production
2. Media
3. Electrical
4. Mechanical

These units are headed by persons as a captain; we also have director of photograph known as DOP.

Each unit for six weeks undergo intensive training where everybody in the unit makes sure he or she learns everything that the captain has to offer, assignments and targets is being giving by the Head of department to each unit.

Goal

• For us to be trained and also pass the knowledge to the younger generation.
• To raise a standard media that will network the ministry to the world.

Security department is a multi dimensional and complex connotation which is as old as human society. It is conceivably a paramount necessity to the existence of man and survival of establishment. The two dimensions of security are the administration and operations. They create the foundations for solid security architecture. As professional therefore, we work with the cooperatives to identify our strength and weaknesses to ascertain areas of improvements. For now our functionality is diversified to the operation dimension. Amongst other areas, the security operation include, physical security, that is, the protection of our Set Man and family, secure members of the ministry, the fixed and moveable assets of the ministry and that of the members during the church services and other programmes of the commission. As situations arise, the security unit may work in synergy, with other security agencies.

Our vision is to set-up a security unit that is tailor made for Pneuma Domain Ministry but in tune with global best practices in security operations. We aim to achieve all our goals and exceed our expectations. Through our commitment to high standards, it is our vision to earn the confidence of the members of the ministry by delivering the best quality of security services.

Job Description

• Patrolling and searching
• Park management and traffic control
• Intelligence gathering and application
• First / Aid and fire preventions
• Co-opt and trainable young men and women into the unit
• Inculcate discipline into the operatives of the unit
• Develop and strategize for improved security, within and outside the church
• Train and re-train the operatives
• Prepare duty rosters to cover the three services and other programmes of the  ministry
• Arrest and interrogate any suspicious persons within and around the church premises
• Ability to match members with their cars/motor cycles up to their numbers and colours to forestall the activities of the miscreants
• Acquire skills to operate basic security equipments namely; fire extinguishers, fire alarm system, CCTV, and use sign languages, batten etc
• Ensure that the security officers and the operatives are conversant with the security trends and tips for their daily application.

The members of this department are security conscious. Any strange movement or any strange object or persons notice is reported immediately to the security unit. We will collectively secure our ministry.

Domain voice is the worship arm of Pneuma Domain Ministry International. We are a family of young men and women who have graduated from devotion to addiction in our relationship with the Lord which is our reasonable response to His amazing grace.

We are committed to unveiling the power of Christ through worship and releasing the supernatural by the glory of His presence tabernacle in our worship. This we do to usher God’s children into a deeper relationship with the father. We have as our core values; love, sincerity and discipline and above all, we imbibe the spirit of excellence in our writing and ministration of songs. It is on this basis that we pay utmost attention to training and equipping our members with the vocal, percussion, strings and skills that enables us to be outstanding amongst out equals. This is in line with part of the obligation to maintain the platform where individuals are reshaped and aligned to purpose and destiny through kingdom service and partnership with the Holy Spirit to see that God’s agenda upon the face of the earth is established and fulfilled.

An usher is a spiritual armor bearer of the ministry and has the responsibility of making sure the atmosphere is spiritually conducive for the people of God. They achieve this by:

1. Praying for the ministry always and during program
2. Welcoming people and ushering then to their seats
3. Taking care of people under unction

Mission

1. Maintaining a conducive spiritual atmosphere through praying always in the spirit and studying the word (Jude 1²⁰, 2 Tim 2¹⁵)
2. To see the vision fulfilled by working in the vineyard and leaving exemplary lives of discipline and love, bearing in mind that we are representative of a kingdom (1Cor 3⁹, 2Cor 5²⁰)

Sanctuary department of Pneuma Domain Ministry has a core value which is to uphold the vision of the Set Man through our kingdom commitment in keeping and seeing that the church arena is always in a clean, carefully arranged, condusive, having a cool and beauty serene for worship. We are committed to making sure that the worship centre is always clean and well kept always ready for worship

This is a department that is concerned much on the upcoming generation. We are called Super Kids. Our vision is Raising Seeds that are Agents of Generational Transformation. Ps 22: 30. Mission statement are: (1) Bringing up Super Kids that are conscious of who they are in Christ through teaching and training (2) Teaching them to become world class leaders by inculcating good morals in them.
